Nickel Alloy Tube Manufacturer

Why Choose HYG Benelux for Nickel Alloy Tubing

Selecting a tubing partner for severe service applications is a serious decision. The wrong material or an unverified batch can shorten asset life, increase maintenance and create real safety risks. We understand these pressures, which is why our nickel alloy tubing is controlled and tested at every stage of production.

Established in 2021, HYG Benelux set out to supply premium stainless steel and nickel alloy products that set the benchmark for quality and reliability. Our advanced production facility in Ulsan is integrated with a dedicated in-house R&D centre, combining precise manufacturing with continuous testing and innovation. The result is repeatable quality across our seamless nickel alloy range, supported by genuine technical knowledge. You can read more about our vision and story to understand the standards behind every tube we produce.

Our Nickel Alloy Seamless Tube Range

We supply special alloy seamless tubes designed for corrosion resistant and high performance service. Each tube is manufactured to recognised international specifications and prepared for reliable performance in critical systems.

Our nickel alloy seamless tubes are produced in line with:

  • ASTM B165 and ASTM B167
  • NACE MR0175 and ISO 15156
  • NACE MR0103 and ISO 17495

This NACE compliant approach makes our tubing well suited to sour service and other environments where corrosion resistance is essential. The standard finish is bright annealed (BA), with an outer diameter mechanical polish to 240 or 320 grit available for straight tubing.

Material Grades We Stock

Our typical nickel alloy materials cover a broad range of process and offshore requirements, with other materials available on request.

Dimensions and Specifications

Our seamless nickel alloy tubes are available in straight and coiled formats to suit instrumentation, downhole and process needs.

  • Straight outer diameter: 1/16 inch (1.59 mm) to 2 inch (50.80 mm)
  • Coiled outer diameter: 1/16 inch (1.59 mm) to 1 inch (25.40 mm)
  • Wall thickness: 0.01 inch (0.25 mm) to 0.120 inch (3.05 mm)
  • Straight lengths: 10 feet (3.048 m) or 20 feet (6.096 m)
  • Coiled lengths: supplied in custom lengths

Other special dimensions are available on request, so please get in touch if your project calls for a non-standard size.

Technical Requirements and Testing

Verified quality sits at the heart of everything we supply. Rather than relying on assumption, every nickel alloy seamless tube is subjected to rigorous inspection before dispatch. Our standard technical requirements include:

  • 100% Positive Material Identification (PMI) tested
  • 100% Eddy Current Tested in accordance with ASTM B829
  • 100% Hydrotested at 1000 psi [7 MPa] for a minimum of 10 seconds
  • 100% visual and surface inspected

This testing is backed by the broader capabilities of our in-house R&D centre, which carries out visual and dimensional inspection, weld decay testing, penetrant testing, destructive and mechanical testing, chemical analysis, non-destructive testing, intergranular corrosion testing, boroscope examination, ferrite content measurement and cleanliness testing. Together, these checks give you pressure tested, PMI tested tubing you can specify with confidence.

Applications and Industries We Serve

Our nickel alloy tubing supports sectors where reliability is non-negotiable. Typical applications include:

  • Oil and gas instrumentation and process lines
  • Downhole and offshore tubing for harsh environments
  • Chemical processing and acid handling systems
  • Energy and thermal applications
  • Corrosion resistant instrumentation across critical process plants

Because we hold a focus on both high purity and high precision applications, we can support single critical projects and ongoing supply programmes with the same consistent quality.

Manufacturing Quality, Certification and Traceability

Our products are manufactured and supplied in accordance with internationally recognised industry norms, including ASTM, ASME, EN, DIN and JIS where applicable. Every order is supplied with material and mill certificates in accordance with EN 10204 3.1, and we maintain 100% traceability on all manufactured goods, so you always know exactly what you have received.

Our wider credentials reflect a sustained commitment to quality and compliance, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems, the PED Directive, AD2000-Merkblatt W0 and W2, PER 2016 (UKCA) and IATF 16949. Further accreditations, patents and approvals are detailed on our quality and certifications page, giving you a transparent view of the standards behind every tube.

Packaging and Protection

Careful packaging protects tube integrity from our facility to your site. Straight tubing is individually PE end-capped, bundle sleeved and supplied in wooden box packaging. Coiled tubing is supplied in loose coils or on a wooden reel, then stacked in wooden pallets or a wooden box. This attention to detail helps your tubing arrive clean, undamaged and ready for installation.
