Ultra High Purity Tube Manufacturer

Why HYG Benelux Is a Trusted UHP Tube Manufacturer

Choosing a tubing partner for semiconductor, microelectronics or pharmaceutical applications is a significant decision. Contamination, surface defects or inconsistent quality can compromise an entire process line. We understand these concerns, which is why our approach is built on rigorous control at every stage.

Established in 2021, HYG Benelux set out with a clear mission: to supply premium stainless steel and nickel alloy products that set the benchmark for quality and reliability. Our state-of-the-art production facility in Ulsan is integrated with a dedicated in-house R&D centre, combining advanced manufacturing with continuous innovation. The result is consistent, repeatable quality across seamless and welded tubing, backed by genuine technical expertise. Our Ultra High Purity Tubing Capabilities

We manufacture a comprehensive range of UHP tubing and fittings designed for critical applications, with quick availability and solutions tailored to your specific requirements.

UHP Seamless and Welded Tubes

Our ultra high purity seamless and welded stainless steel tubes are produced for semiconductor and microelectronics applications. Manufactured in 316/L single melt, with double melt available on request, they meet specifications including ASTM A249, A269 and A213, plus ASME and JIS equivalents. Choice of finish includes electropolished (EP), bright annealed (BA) and anodic cleaned (BA.AC), with controlled internal roughness and mechanically polished outer surfaces.

UHP Coaxial Tubing

For special gas handling and high purity gas lines, our coaxial tubing pairs a seamless inner process tube with a welded outer containment tube. This configuration suits gas delivery systems where safety and cleanliness are paramount, with optional helium leak testing for added assurance.

ASME BPE Hygienic and Pharmaceutical Tubing

Our ASME BPE tubing supports pharmaceutical and bioprocess applications, manufactured in TP316L with restricted sulphur options for predictable, consistent welds. A full range of surface finishes is available, from unpolished through to electropolished, to meet your process and orbital welding requirements.

3A and KS Tubing for Food, Beverage and Hygienic Use

For hygienic applications in food and beverage production, our 3A and KS compliant tubing offers reliable performance in 304, 304/L and 316/L materials, with finishes selected to match cleanability and process needs.

Industries and Applications We Serve

Our tubing is trusted across sectors where precision and durability are non-negotiable.

Manufacturing Quality and Comprehensive Testing

Cleanliness and integrity define ultra high purity tubing, so our process leaves nothing to chance. Tubes are precision cleaned using warm ultra pure ultrasonic immersion and internal cleaning, then purged with heated and filtered nitrogen at a gas purity of 99.9998%. Cleaning, purging and packaging take place in a Class 100 clean room, and every tube is individually end-capped, double PE sleeved and protected within wooden box packaging.

Quality is verified, not assumed. Our in-house R&D centre carries out extensive testing, including:

  • Visual and dimensional inspection
  • Mechanical and destructive testing
  • Chemical analysis and Positive Material Identification (PMI)
  • Non-destructive and penetrant testing
  • Intergranular corrosion testing and weld decay testing
  • Boroscope examination and ferrite content measurement
  • Particle, oil residue and cleanliness testing

This combination of clean room processing and analytical rigour means each batch performs reliably in service, reducing risk for your critical process applications.

Standards, Certifications and Full Traceability

Our products are manufactured and supplied in accordance with internationally recognised industry norms, including ASTM, ASME, EN, DIN and JIS. Every order is supplied with material and mill certificates in accordance with EN 10204 3.1, and we ensure 100% traceability on all manufactured goods, so you always know precisely what you have received.

Our credentials reflect a sustained commitment to quality and compliance:

  • ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems
  • ASME BPE and 3A for hygienic applications
  • PED Directive and AD2000-Merkblatt W0 and W2
  • PER 2016 (UKCA)
  • IATF 16949 for automotive quality

Further accreditations, patents and approvals are detailed on our quality and certifications page, giving buyers a transparent view of the standards behind every tube.
